Amendment of the Enforcement Rule of the Cosmetic Act

"Atopic dermatitis," "Eczema" and other similar terms shall now be removed from the labels of functional cosmetics
Cosmetic products that help alleviate skin dryness caused by atopic dermatitis -> Cosmetic products that help relieve itching by repairing skin barrier
